Franklin County Administration is accepting sealed proposals for Management, Operations, and Catering Services at the HAPO Center. The contract term will be for a period of five years with a two year renewal option upon the mutual written agreement of the parties. Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM, PDT, on July 7, 2023 at the County Administrator's Office at the County Administration Building, 1016 N 4th Ave Room A 102, Pasco, WA 99301. It is the applicant's responsibility to monitor the county's website for published addenda. All fully executed addenda must be returned to the County with proposal submission. The County will not accept faxed or emailed addenda. Proposals must be mailed or hand-delivered to the address above. Please note that access to the County Administration Building is restricted, please plan accordingly to ensure the proposal arrives prior to the due date and time.
